This is a 6v6 mode, personally balanced and bug tested by myself and a group of friends. It's balanced around my own thoughts for how a 6v6 mode in Overwatch 2 could look like, so if it differs or is similar to your own idea, please let me know! Suggestions, bugs, critiques are always appreciated and welcomed.
All Overwatch 2 heroes, the new mode Flashpoint, are included. Tanks have been a majority of the changes, with some other minor things here and there. Thank you for reading this far! <3

EDIT: With the amount of time passed between the last update, many things have been added and removed and all changes listed are referencing the current balance patch.

Defense Matrix
Total uptime decreased by 20%
Recharge rate decreased by 10%
Doomfist
Base health reduced from 525 to 450.
Hand Cannon
Damage range per pellet increased from 5-1.5 to 6-1.8.
Ammo regeneration rate decreased from every 0.4 seconds to every 0.38 seconds.
Power Block
Damage required for empowerment increased from 100 to 120.
Cooldown decreased from 7 to 6 seconds.
Hazard
Base health reduced from 425 to 275.
Base armor increased from 225 to 275.
Bonespur
Ammo reduced from 8 to 6.
Spike Guard
Movement penalty reduced from -50% to -25%.
Violent Leap
Cooldown increased from 5 to 6 seconds.
Distance increased 25%.
Now bleeds for 25% additional damage over 2 seconds. Same is also applied to the melee.
Junker Queen
Base health reduced from 525 to 425.
Jagged Blade
Pull distance decreased by 25%.
Commanding Shout
Cooldown increased from 12 to 15 seconds.
Mauga
Base health reduced from 525 to 450
Incendiary Chaingun
Bullets needed to ignite decreased from 10 to 8.
Overrun
Critical hits now knock down for 1 second.
Cardiac Overdrive
Lifesteal decreased from 100% to 85%.
Cage Fight
Duration increased from 8 to 10 seconds.
Orisa
Base health reduced from 275 to 150.
Javelin Spin
Cooldown decreased from 8 to 6.5 seconds.
Fortify
Cooldown decreased from 15.5 to 13.95 seconds.
Movement speed penalty removed.
Ramattra
Base health reduced from 400 to 300.
Base armor increased from 75 to 100.
Void Barrier (Omnic Form)
Cooldown decreased from 13 to 11.05 seconds.
Ravenous Vortex
Cooldown decreased from 11 to 8.8 seconds.
Annihilation
Duration increased from 3-20 seconds to 3.75-25 seconds.
Reinhardt
Base health reduced from 400 to 300.
Barrier Field
Health regeneration increased from 160 per second to 200 per second.
Charge
Cooldown increased from 7 to 8.5 seconds.
Impact damage increased from 275 to 350.
Fire Strike
Cooldown increased from 6 to 12 seconds per charge.
Damage increased from 120 to 150.
Earthshatter
Critical damage increased from 200 to 350.
Critical hits with Earthshatter now knocks down for 4.5 seconds.
Roadhog
Base health reduced from 750 to 650.
Scrap Gun
Ammo reduced from 6 to 4.
Damage per shot increased from 160 to 200.
Take a Breather
Recharges 15% faster.
Chain Hook
Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
Damage increased from 5 to 35.
Whole Hog
Knockback decreased by 20%.
Damage per pellet increased from 6 to 7.5

Base health reduced from 350 to 200.
Base shields increased from 275 to 300.
Winston
Base health reduced from 375 to 275.
Wrecking Ball
Base health reduced from 450 to 300.
Base armor increased from 175 to 250.
Zarya
Base health reduced from 325 to 225.

Now stuns for 0.9 seconds.

Ability cooldown increased from 8 to 10 seconds.
Arrow count increased from 5 to 6.

Cooldown increased from 7 to 7.7 seconds.
Max damage increased from 120 to 150.
Mei
Endothermic Blaster
OW1 Freeze mechanics. Now freezes for 1.95 seconds.
Ammo decreased from 140 to 70.
Pharah

Knockback reduced by 10%.
Sombra
Hack
Ability lockout duration increased from 1 second to 4.5 seconds.
Cooldown increased from 6 - 3 seconds to 10.5 - 5.25 seconds.
Torbjörn
Base health increased from 225 to 250.
Base armor increased from 75 to 100.
Ana
Sleep Dart
Sleep duration on tanks and non-tanks increased from 3 and 5 seconds respectively, to a fixed 6 seconds for both. BOB will still be slept for only 3 seconds.
